nice place to live, but I wouldn't call it "luxury"

we moved to High Point Woods in October of 2001. We opted for the higher-end apartment with the Island kitchen and vaulted ceilings. It is a beautiful apartment and the kitchen is spacious. However there is no pantry, and living on the third floor makes it difficult to lug up groceries or furniture. Definitely not enough parking - assigned parking would help. People living on the 2nd floor will take upper spots to make you walk up 3 flights of stairs. Rennovation of club house is taking forever. We aren't paying this much so that we CANNOT use it - it better be done soon. However, response to requests has been prompt..we even got a new washer and dishwasher. Overall, I like it much better than my last place (Nob Hill in Madison, WI) but it definitely needs improvement.
