This is truly one of the best apartments to live in throughout Madison. Because of the location, the rent is higher than I would like but very reasonable. The grounds are kept very tidy as well as the inside of the buildings. Anytime I need something fixed, it's usually done the same day, or at the latest, then following day.

The office staff is so nice!...they know exactly who I am when I stop by or call on the phone. They don't even need to ask me my last name, apt building or apt number. The staff is wonderful.

With the exception of a few undesirable tenants, everyone in our apartment community is very respectful, polite, and tidy.

I would only consider moving if I bought a house or moved out of state. Again, I highly recommend you move here!
