I?ve only been at High Point for the summer, but after reading other people?s reviews, I wanted to clarify a few items...



I know several tenants who have been here a very long time! As far as I can tell, maintenance is done as quickly as possible when a call comes in.



The pool & hot tub are open 10 a.m.-10 p.m. The fitness center is open 6:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. There is an armoir with a well-stocked movie library for tenants to borrow as they wish (for free!) The clubhouse is decorated so tastefully, many people wish it was their own home! :-) That?s where I get my own decorating ideas!



We are on the first floor, and there is second floor & first floor entry in each building. So, even if you are on the third floor, you never have to climb more than one staircase. For those that are too lazy to temporarily park their car in a convenient spot (to unpack groceries) and then move it, well, pooh on them!



Overall, I really enjoy living here. The people are nice and friendly, and the staff does their best to please and act in a friendly, fun manner...



If anyone thinks High Point is bad, go live in New York City for 6 months... ;-0
