In the last year the service of the complexe has become a very serious issue. The underground parking units were robbed, with no help from the complexe's office staff. The neighboors nearby are constantly loud this we feel is partly due to the thin walls. The walks and drives are in the winter a hazard to walk on. Maintenance is so slow to respond it has taken up to a month to have repairs done (sparking outlets, mold in the walls, shoddey plumbing.) In the event of a fire we truely fear for our lives as people park in the fire lanes because the available parking is all taken.
