It is PARTY HEAVEN! We need hot chicks!

I was worried about them letting me move in to this place, because another apartment place did not renew my lease, due to loud music and parties.
But this plcce did not care, and man am I happy! I have 4 other friends living with me here, and dthey don't care about that either!
We party all night, sometimes we climb over the fence and swim in the pool late. In the winter we go in to the whirlpool and swim, even thho it is closed. One of the manager ladies told us how to get in.
And get this! Two of our neighbors who complained about our music and drinking parties, and the management made THEM LEAVE! All the managers care about is that nobody complains, and the way to make sure that doesn;t happen is for them to not rent to those complainers, or force them out if they do get in!
Now I cannot ratye the place high, because the maintenance is very poor, there is no parking, and the walls are paper thin..and hey, even I like to sleep once in a while, but it is PARTY HEAVEN! Some of my firends from minnesota are moving here soon, and bringing there dogs, becaue they are easy to get in here.
So come join us at this awesome party place, especialy if you are hot chicks.:)

This sounds accurate and not like a joke. Our loud noisey neighbors were never forced to leave while living in this place four years. We however were "forced" out by poor maintenance which only started after we began complaining about our neighbors. People swimming in the pool drunk at night and making unbelievable noise is also very true. This place is an aweful place to live unless you are a frat boy hooting a-hole. Women steer clear, unless your into rape.

I completely agree with the review!!! This is a loud, noisey place. When you complain about the tenants being loud and noisey you get no help from management. Basically, as long as they can sit on their butts in the office they are happy (thats when they are actually at the office) They seem to never be actually working or in the office. Horrible place to live and if you are a college student that just wants to party this is a bit spendy. You do not get what you pay for. The building is disgusting (vomit stains on carpet, walls and hallways dirty and smell) I recommend you do not move in here!

I live right across from the pool, have my windows open, and never hear people out at the pool late at night! And this complex, well i havent seen any puke. i do have my complaints, but I have been able to sleep through the night since i moved here too? Maybe I am in the right building lol.

what the hell are you talking about person above me? I live right across the pool, have my windows CLOSED. yet I still hear stupid loud college kids from floor 1 partying like crazy. Have you not hear them talking loudly outside 3AM in the morning? Have you not hear them back flipping and laughing loudly outside in the middle of the night? (2AM??) if not, you should definitely stay home more often because not just me, these kids are driving my neighbors CRAZY.
