This place is horrible. I don't know how I survived a year here but I am getting out! This place is loud, dirty, cheap and you can hear everything in all the apartments around you. Management does not care that there are loud annoying tenants throwing parties and breaking into the pool @ all hours drunk and swimming. If you complain about this you become the bad guy or they just don't care! I agree that the snow removal was awesome this winter but anything you need fixed is done half ass. For what you pay this is a very low quality apartment for a high cost. I am just grateful to be getting out in July! Don't live here its horrible.!!!!

It's true when we refer to the years we spend living at High Point Woods we refer to it as "The Ghetto". For the $1,000 rent paid everything should have been better. When we made complaints to managment we were told to stop. Management actually told us to stop complaining to them! It isn't there job they said to police there tennants we were told to call the "actual police." and make complaints so we started doing just that. The police got damned sick of being called just for noise violations, people parking in the underground spaces THEY DID NOT PAY FOR and to have people removed from the pool at 4am on a Saturday. Our maintenance was aweful but moving was worse. We never got the notices that our apartment was to be shown and once the woman came in to show our apartment while I was naked in bed and another time while I was in the shower. She kept showing the place as if I wasn't even there! NAKED! This place is a -------- and we moved as quickly as we could when it got worse. Some of our friends followed suit and it sounds as if it only has gotten worse worse worse. We even recommend to friends at work who move to Madison to NOT move in to this place because it is worse than when I lived in a trailor park as a child. BAD!
