DO NOT EVER RENT HERE! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to live at this place! I live/barely survived there for a year! It was dirty (there was vomit in the hallways, the grounds have garbage everywhere as do the hallways) When I moved in my apartment was SO dirty that I deemed it as unliveable. It took me 9 hours to clean everything. The carpets were cleaned but filthy with dirt spots everywhere, corners had dirt and dust balls, the bathroom toilet was actually broken and leaking all over the floor and the kitchen...I don't even know where to begin with the kitchen! Plus the walls hadn't been painted and when they filled the previous nail wholes they painted with the wrong color paint so there was big brush marks everywhere! So, instead of them doing anything about this I had to clean the entire thing and they came over and did a couple of spots that I could notice right away on the walls. Another weird thing is that none of the screens actually fit in the windows so bugs were actually always coming in! It was gross! I even requested to have them fixed and the next day there was a slip that said it was done and nothing had been changed!!! The noise in these buildings was horrible. I had the privilage of living under a ghetto couple! I complained multiple times about the fact that I thought they were WWF style wrestling and I could even give you their schedule as to who got up and went where and they did nothing! Oh, hold on, they wrote them a letter! How nice of them!!!! I was instructed to call the cops! They recieved multiple complaints about these tenants and still did nothing! When I was actually moving out the guy started swearing at me every time he saw me...I felt safe! I do have to admit the guys did and excellent job removing snow this past winter but thats the only good thing I have to say. Parking was horrible! There was never any parking spots because there was always 10 drunk cars parked in the parking lot! There were always drunk people in the pool at all hours and I actually overheard the staff talking about video tapes of people having sex in the hottub that they would all sit around and watch! CREEPY! This was a horrible place to live! I DO NOT recommend this to anyone!!!! EVER!!! ------- was the only office staff that was friendly but usually had to deal with the other ones! They also started construction on roofing and siding and painting (because this place is a crap hole...it needs insulation between the walls and ceilings not new siding) so you get woken up at 6a.m. and they don't stop until late! I work 3rd shift and I usually had to crash at a friends so that I could sleep enough to be able to work!

I live right across from the pool, have my windows open, and never hear people out at the pool late at night! And this complex, well i havent seen any puke. i do have my complaints, but I have been able to sleep through the night since i moved here too? Maybe I am in the right building lol.
