I lived in high point woods for two years and it was great. The apartments are very nice and the full time staff is very prompt whenever they are needed. I don't understand what some of these other people are complaining about. It is very clean and you can have noisy neighbors anywhere you live. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location is awesome. It's close to the mall, princeton club, woodmans, target, etc.

The complaints are because the office service was aweful and the more you complained the very less was done to help you. Some buildings have MUCH worse tennants than others. Our former building was up the hill way in the back and our upstairs neighbors would smoke pot on the balcony and fight so loudly at 3am they would wake us up near daily before we finally moved. Despite the location being nice the faults far far out weigh that one benefit. Especially when you shop around and check what other great apartments and even reasonably priced condos are within the same distance from those stores. The place is a dump.
