I would not recommend living here. Persons leave garbage and excess junk on their patios/balconies and in the hallway and rarely does garbage make it into the dumpster so it is always lying around it (including a pile of litter box remains that prevented you from entering the dumpster area). There doesn't seem to be anyone checking to ensure that entry ways and common areas (including laundry rooms) are ever cleaned. Personally, I did laundry around others forgotten and mildewed laundry for weeks.
The walls are poorly insulated so you will hear neighbors televisions, stereos and evening activity-not fun.
Old, uninsulated windows leave you with mold/mildew problems and very high electric bills as you will have electric heat. An average electric bill for my 2 bedroom apartment during the winter was $120 dollars while at the same time I would say the average temperature in my apartment was 66 degrees.
According to management when I moved in in June 2008 the complex was to be dog free, with any existing dogs grandfathered in but no new ones to come. I had neighbors move in below me in May 2009 with two small dogs that bark consistently with no response from management.
I would not recommend living here; I believe that you can find something better at this price point where you will be more comfortable and not have to deal with some pretty gross conditions.
