Lived here for one year and it was horrible-couches they provided smelled of urine and vomit, the place was filthy when we moved in, elevators and washers/dryers were often broken down, maintance people would just walk into our apartment without notice, every weekend the entire building would get trashed-I don't know how many times I had to walk around puddles of urine and beer in the hallways and elevators and for some reason our apartment ac and heat also controlled the apartment next doors ac and heat-so they were constantly knocking on our door to change the temp. The walls are less than sound proof-I could hear my neighbors conversations through the heating vents all the time. Generally too many problems to name!
