Best value for a highrise

Five years and few complaints.

Ample closet space, laundry on the floor, excellent maintenance.

Other highrises are way overpriced, but this place doesn't cost much more than it did five years ago, and still much lower than the others.

The weekends can get crazy, maybe a bit loud, and it does get dirty, but it gets cleaned up Monday morning.

Lots of people to meet and they're always cool, lots of weekend "activity".

Being able to get pizza and beer downstairs, priceless!
