Pricey with Problems

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Not enough parking. Very drafty in the winter. Very poor snow removal. Minimal storage which was outside and not weatherized. Quality fixtures. great windows. Light and airy. Maintenance crew were fabulous and so was the office staff. Overall nothing really exceptional to warrant the price of rent.
