great area to live in (lots of stores and restaurants around) and the exterior looks nice but we've had mixed feelings on the apts. If you don't live on the ground level the apts aren't that accessable. We've had some problems with mice that weren't immediately dealt with when we called. The staff has generally been friendly and helpful but while some of our maintenance requests were dealt with on a prompt basis there were several others that we had to put in several times before anyone did anything about them. Also in the winter our apt was very drafty so of course our heat bill was higher due to having to run the heat at a higher temp. there is lots of cupboard and storage space although you have to be careful what you put in the storage space in the garage because it is exposed to cold and moisture. overall, i did not really enjoy my time in this apt and feel my money would have been better spent at another apt.
