Terrible

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Thin walls. Terrible construction. Heating and cooling is applied unevenly. I had to buy a space heater just so I could sleep in that room. Terrible quality carpet that ruined 3 vacuums. Common areas are dirty, loud.

They WILL try to screw you out of your security deposit.
