I lived there over a year. We had cleaned the apt from top to bottom and they charged us $25 for the stone(saying it had not been cleaned,the stone was spotless).And a $10 charge for holes from a minor we had up in the bedroom(I have never been charge before for small holes from hanging something). We lived over a month without a Washing Machine Because the one in our apt broke and a new one had to be order(I had to keep going down to the office to remind them about it), after the new one was installed, it flooded the kitchen because it was not hooked up correctly.Then the dryer broke it took over a week to have that fixed. Oh and the walls are really thin and you can hear everything, and you will pay for heating, because the windows are not insulted.
