Its impossible to get a parking spot. The draft problem is terrible, your either freezing to death and paying too much for heat or your way too hot and over paying for AC. The shower overgrew with mold. The management is terribly unhelpful and could give a crap about you once you have moved in. And even if you pay your rent on time every single month, they will find a reason to screw you over at the end and treat you like a terrible person.
The walls are thin so you can hear everything upstairs, downstairs and next door. for some reason the management thinks its ok to allow someone to have a treadmill on the third floor so the place sounds and feels like its collapsing when its on.
You would be better off just avoiding Lincoln Ridge all together.
