I would recommend these apartments to anyone who desires to live in a nice apartment home and be part of a nice apartment community.

Specifically addressing each area rated by this site but providing a more in-depth view:

CONSTRUCTION:
Construction of these apartments is average for the area and price range.

GROUNDS:
In a word, beautiful. In two words, outstandingly beautiful.

The grounds are filled with mature and lush trees, lovely to come home to. The buildings sit mid-way down a hill and most apartments provide scenic views, including, to the west, the old Holy Name Seminary with a beautiful steeple lit up at night.

While the grounds themselves contain tennis courts adjacent to a little woods, a hoops area and a fenced-in pool; there is also, at hill s top, a city park, High Point, providing a lovely playground for children, a larger basketball court, fields for adults to play Frisbee on or kids to run in, and, affording a nice green break for the neighborhood.

MAINTENANCE:
Overall, satisfactory. Service requests are handled promptly and normally efficiently. Common areas of buildings are kept clean and attractive.

NOISE:
All noisy-neighbor problems I have had over the years have been addressed to my satisfaction by management.

OFFICE STAFF:
Friendly, courteous, helpful; quite satisfactory: I love this particular management team.

PARKING:
Very adequate free parking; garages extra, though reasonably-priced.

SAFETY:
This is among the safest neighborhoods in the city.

These apartments are bordered by the lovely High Point Estates; High Point Park; Timberlake Village Apartments; that portion of the west beltline highway running along West Towne Mall and some area west of there; Heather Valley Apartments, and, its sister complex, High Point Woods.

Summer evenings find numerous area residents walking and jogging along sidewalks and park paths. This is a wonderful neighborhood.
