I am currently living at Lincoln Ridge...and after reading some of these comments I am shocked that tennents can't be more responsibile with what they are saying....The apartment community can only be as good as the tennents that live there...Management is not a babysitter and it really seems like that's what some of these people need...maybe that's why they move out (go back to your parents!!!) The apartments are 15 years old...with alittle creativity and pride...and general up-keep (like cleaning, dusting...cleaning up after your pet and for that matter yourself) the place a perfect for the price. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Wow, can you ever tell that Lincoln Ridge staff wrote that!! Who honestly knows how old an apartment complex is??

Well, you DO find that out if you purchase renter's insurance. But I agree with most of the issues people have with the apartments and there are a lot of things that renters simply can't fix (horrible windows, for instance).
