"Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted," said Albert Einstein, who must surely have been speaking of Madison, WI's, Lincoln Ridge Apartments.
An absolutely beautiful community of apartments built mid-hillside on Watts Rd. just around the block from the High Point Estates yet handily a short skip to Wal-Mart & Woodman's grocery store, these apartments possess stunning views and are set in a mature tree-filled landscape.
Down and up another hill is the former Holy Name Seminary, whose bells still toll during the day and whose lighted steeple at night is like a poem against the sky.
The west-side Princeton Club is either a short drive down this hill and up another or a pretty walk, depending on your inclination.
The evenings here bring gorgeous sunsets against the hilly down-scape with joggers and dog-walkers out there with others just enjoying the night for a stroll. Atop the hill from the apartment, the peaceful High Point Park.
This is a BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD. These apartments are for people who actually want to live in a nice community in a nice apartment yet like myself can't afford to pay over a thousand bucks a month for a one-bedroom apartment.
Is everything perfect here' No. Is everything perfect ANYwhere' No. Are these apartments an all-around good deal, staffed well and a place you can be proud to call your home' Yes.
Me' I love this place.

This is the most over-the-top, overwrought review of an exceedingly mediocre apartment complex I've seen. If you're going to post a review, post one with substance, not what businesses and churches are nearby. Regardless of intent, this just sounds like an employee's attempt to balance out the overwhelmingly negative reviews.

This is just an employee. Every good review about this place is from an employee. Every time they get a bad review posted about them they come on and post two good ones to keep the percentage above 50. You must stay away from this place. Their swindlers.

Yes, it's clearly someone who works at Lincoln Ridge. They did the same thing when I posted a bad review of the complex. The construction on these apartments is so shoddy, they could blow over in a strong wind. And you will hear everything your neighbors do -- I always loved waking up to the sound of my upstairs neighbor vomiting every other Saturday morning, and the frat guy rejects downstairs playing video games until 4am. So sure, the neighborhood is okay (but I'd say it's going downhill), but these apartments are not worth it. And you have to admit, when you see all these fake management reviews, doesn't that seem a little bit shady? STAY AWAY FROM LINCOLN RIDGE!

What's wrong with posting what businesses and churches are near-by? Maybe someone would like to know, and who are you, to tell someone what they should or shouldn't post?
To michaelcj5: I have to say you are wrong the statement that "every good review about this place is from an employee." I actually wrote a good review and I am not an employee, nor was I ever an employee.
My neighbors also like living here, a review was written by them, and they are not employees ethier.
This place used to be a great place to get honest, unbiased reviews of apartment communities. Now, it's a place to come and complain about how they were wronged and of course it wasn't THIER fault.
People just don't take responsibility for their actions. I wouldn't take any review on here seriously anymore, and have advised others to skip apartment ratings unless they enjoy b*tch fests.

this is totally a manager or staff member.
come on, seriously. there is no way anyone has 100% good stuff to say about any apartment, especially this one. I generally like living here, but there are so many downsides that it's really not a good complex

The manager is shady, rude, and unconcerned with renters needs, plain and simple.
