Try finding a place to park. Good luck. Noisy. You hear everything- your neighbor urinating and everything else, too. I can't speak lowly enough. For the same money or $100 more, might as well get a duplex.

Amazing, now a response is posted so quickly to a negative review. It's my guess this person either works here (who else would scan this website?) or he/she lives on the top (3rd) floor, so hearing people walk, urinate and fornicate isn't as much of an issue. For the other 67% of us- we're outt of luck. "Luxury" moniker is a joke, too. WAY OVERPRICED.

Nah I live on the first and second floor and definitely do not work here. Some people are just never happy. But 67% recommended. Its only 33% of you that arent happy.

Aside from my own review posted years ago, this is the most accurate review I've seen of this place. Parking wasn't a big issue when I was there, but I could hear every little thing my neighbors did. There is ZERO insulation between apartments. I can honestly say the 9 months I spent living here were the most stressful 9 months of my life, and management did nothing but make it worse. It did push me into home ownership though, as I vowed to never live in an apartment after this place. Oh, I'd also wager quite a bit of money that the majority of those 67% positive reviews were posted by management of Maple Grove, not actual tenants.

Probably true. Let's face it. Maple Grove is an apartment complex...a BIG apartment complex with very high monthly rates for minimal square footage. All the problems that come with a big apt. complex come w/ Maple Grove; noise (doors that absolutely slam shut very loudly on their own), parties, a feeling that you're a # vs. a client/tenant, parking problems, etc.... It reminds me of living in the dorms at UW Whitewater and Madison. This will be my last apartment.
