This apartment is the nicest place that I have lived so far. It has a great location with easy access to all the major areas on the West Side of Madison and surrounding suburbs.

The apartment itself has wood floors, a fireplace, and a large jacuzzi jet tub! The apartment itself is quite modern looking and has a nice feel to it. You get your choice of color for an accent wall above the fireplace and along the kitchen back wall. My apartment has two bedrooms and a vaulted ceiling (since it is on the 3rd floor).

Underground parking is available to tenants renting 2 bedroom apartments. There is a great exercise room/clubhouse which has treadmills, bikes, weights, and a tv lounge that can be rented for parties. There also is an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and poker room at the clubhouse.

Wireless internet is included as well, although it is a little slow. The parking lots do get rather full at times, but that is because not everyone with underground spots actually uses them.

The heating system is a little strange too with every room on its own separate electric thermostat. This can be good and help you keep the heat mainly in rooms that you use frequently. It doesnt seem to be too outrageously priced either.

All-in-all, I would highly recommend this as a place to live in Madison. The complex is family owned and managed by people who actually care about keeping the place nice as well.
