I was told that I would recieve $100 for getting a friend to live at Maple Grove. Then they called me a week later and said that they made a mistake, and my friend didnt mention me in the original phone call to ask about the apartments. Which is a lie. However, they told him that they did give the money to me. So, I don't think the office people are very honest. They try to cheat you with money. (That was my experience) I also moved out early because of the noisy people above me.
