Not bad, so far.

I moved here at the beginning of January. Initially it seemed pretty noisy. I can hear where the neighbor obove me is walking if I don't have the TV on, and I know it's girl because of the heels on the floor. I can tell when anyone above or next to me flushes the toilet, takes a shower, or runs water (yes, you can tell the difference between all 3). I also ended up with the apartment over the garage door, so I can hear every time that opens and closes. But, as with any place, after some you kinda get used to it and don't notice it as much. Unless the people upstairs have people over and they are exceptionally loud, the noise doesn't bother me much any more.
Maintenance seems to be on top of things the one time I called to fix my fridge. Our dishwasher sucks...but hey, at least we've got one. The washer and dryer are small capacity...but there again, they're in unit and they work! People that have visited have been impressed with the place, but I was lucky to get it during a special, at full price it would be over-priced.
So far, so good, but it's only been a few months. We'll see what it's like in the summer. I have had my motorcycle helmet stolen from the parking lot already, but I doubt anyone that lives here was involved. The underground parking is a nice thing in the winter.
