First, Maple Grove apartments has a nice clubhouse area and parking lot is finished.
That's where the good stuff ends.
I would highly recommend not living in Maple Grove Apartments.
Very noisy apartments and management is extremly unhelpful. Also, individual complex common areas are not well kept. Stained floors in hallways and apartment doors that are falling apart. (Don't be fooled by the gold plats on the bottom of the inside apartmetn doors - that just covers up that the door is falling apart).
Highly recommend staying away from these apartments. Except if you like hearing the people above you walk around, vacuum, etc..
