My husband and I went to see a 2 bedroom, 2 bath at Maple Grove Apartments today.
1) there was practically no parking.
2) the rental office was full of people, but no staff
3) the appointment was at 12:30pm, the guy came in at 12:40pm (he had been showing other people apartments) and did not even look at us until 12:50pm, after he took care of other people.
4) he showed us apartments with other people (which is NOT okay because we only wanted to see 2 apartments,and he made us see some that the other people where interested in)
5) he first showed us a model (which was beautiful). Then we asked to see an ACTUAL apartment that was for rent and ewwwwwww...it was dirty, smelly, and nothing like the model.
6) the place has unit air conditioning and radiator heat and small storage
Not the place for us. Bad 1st impression-especially from the management themselves.
