Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived here for a year and a half. I had generally good service, and people in the office were very pleasant. Maintenance requests were handled quickly. The baseboard heat isn't that efficient, so my heating bills were high. I didn't use my air-conditioning that often, so it wasn't an issue for me. Parking could be problematic, but it was nice to be able to rent the heated garage spaces in the winter (for $35 a month). I didn't have a noise issue other than hearing someone walk around at times. I will say though that the washers and dryers were pretty bad. Apartment was a bit rundown, but it was a great location and I felt very safe there. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
