I am buying my first home so I am moving out of Maple Grove at the end of the month. The location is great and I liked living there the last year. If I didn't purchase a house I would have stayed. My apartment had a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace & I know I will miss that. Good price for everything that was included. The people in the office were always great to work with. Near the busline too.
