4 Year Resident - Maple Grove Apts Suck!!!

I lived there for four years, which was three too many. NOISY!!! Both from inside and outside the building. My unit actually experienced a small fire and management was totally unconcerned. The complex attracts a blue collar clientel typically in their early to mid 20s. Expect pot smoking on the balcony and sex in public in the parking lot. I experienced that and more. Management is unfriendly and non-responsive. Loud music from apartments in the building, and excessive noise from parking areas. Common areas in each building are messy. Doors into the building very UNSECURE. Bottom line....you will be miserable as a resident of Maple Grove Apartments.
