I lived there about 1 year. My apartment was awesome and neighbors were rarely around. It surprises me when some reviews say it was noisy. I barely ever saw anyone in the hallways; in fact, I thought the building was the quietest I lived in. The parking was ok- my roommate and I only had 1 stall underground so that was my only complaint. The pool/ exercise room was big and had good availability. I moved in June thinking I could buy for the same price as rent. I must say I've regreted it. Sure my payment is only a little higher than rent. But is does not include my higher utilities, my property taxes, the association fee in my new neighborhood, trash pick up, water, . . .the list goes on and on. Plus, I have a new home so did not expect to have a water heater leak my first week. Nor did I expect to have unexpected bills such as salt for my water softner. I wish I would have stayed at Maple Grove.
