My girlfriend and I have lived at Maple Grove for about 9 months and have had our share of enjoyment and disappointment. The apartments are relatively new and are fairly well kept and the landscaping is fantastic. The maintenance has reported in a timely fashion when we have requested it.

Then, the bad......the apartments are noisy!! The neighbor above us had a dog that would bark and it didn't seem muffled by the fact that he lived about us. Second, we had a small flood come through our ceiling into our apartment. (it came thru the roof...we lived on the first floor!) The staff will help you if they're having a good day. Decent first apartment...
