The apartment itself wasn't too bad, but maintenance is poor and the buildings do have a real problem with noise. Like the last reviewer, I also received complaints when I wasn't even at home.

My real complaint, however, is with the property management. These people are nothing short of criminal. I lived at Maple Grove for years and was never late once with rent or any other fee owed, but upon moving out - the building manager attempted to collect fees which are not allowed under state statutes. Currently, I have a lawsuit pending against the management of Maple Grove Apartments and am just thankful that my experience there is over.

I would advise anyone to avoid this place.
