Living here for 2 years.
Pros
Its nearby to many key places like pizza hut, gas station, pick and save and wallgreen and videostore. Nice surrounding for walk or bike. Maintenance response is good. Overall in good condition. Overall nice cars in parking lots.
Cons
I agree that it can be noisy sometimes.
Neighbors are not friendly. Don??t even look at each other in the hall way. Club house is good but gym should be relocated..its in a back corner right now. Bit overprized too.Finding parking can be issue sometimes.
