I have lived here for little over 1 month and I am enjoying the place for the most part. My loft does not have a storage room which can be very difficult. The maitenence handled my refrigerator within just a couple of days. It can be very noisy at night, a car alarm went off at like 3am!!! Lots of bird crap from pigeons on my deck and the one below me. Overall it is alright so far....
