I have lived in this complex for 11 years. The current owner has invested more finanicially and personnally than previous owners. They actually took suggestions such as providing waste bag stations for pets. They also immediately replaced an appliance when it stopped working. (They did this for one of my neighbors who is fairly new here as well.) They have refurbished the club house and invested in new equipment.

From time to time I do check to make sure that it is still a good deal. In Madison in order to be safe and not have carpeting with things living in it, you have to pay at a certain level. I would not have stayed if I didn't think that I got a lot for a reasonable level of rent.

Current owner is on campus almost daily.

Manager, office staff and maintenance are friendly, considerate, attentive and kind.

Neighbors are friendly and polite. I have no problem with noise.

Can only guess that some of the negative comments are either due to the previous owner who was pretty oily or to some petty grievance.

The atmosphere here is great. I had the option to upgrade to a more expensive apartment at one time and chose not to. I think I get a lot for my money.
