My boyfriend and I are looking to move into the 1 bedroom loft apartment for $680.00/month. We have been reading the reviews, and so far, people's reactions are 50/50. We already don't like where we are living now and can't wait to get out of here. We don't want to be in a similar position at Maple Grove. If anyone can answer our concerns, we'd really appreciate it. Are the 1 bedroom apartments similar to living in a college dorm' Can you hear conversation, movement, etc... of your neighbors from the apartment you're living in' We really don't want noise to be a problem so much that we can hear people having sex next door to us...that would disgust us. Please be honest...you'll be saving us a huge headache. We look forward to reading future responses. Thank you.

hi there! my boyfriend and i live in a 1 bedroom loft and it is nice. when we first moved in there were certain things that bothered me but now everything is alright. after living in a loft i can tell you that i will never live in one again, there is not that much room, the restroom is upstairs so your friends have to walk through your room to go to the bathroom, it is very cold on the lower level since it takes so long to warm the room up, oh and i just found out we have a storage unit which i was never informed about, depending on which builiding you live in parking can be rediculous, you may want to think about getting underground parking just to be safe, we cant hear anyone in other apartments, the walls are pretty thick and we live on the end so overall its alright, we are moving the end of april, thank god! personally i think lofts should be for 1 person since like me when i have to get up early and my boyfriend wants to party i have to listen to him all night, hope you make the right decision, thanks!
