I've lived here since May of 2006, and have to say that it's exceeded my expectations. Management is VERY accomodating, and the staff has been friendly, courteous, and all in all a pleasure to work with. If you communicate with them, they will do everything they can to work with you on any and all issues. In response to an earlier post, yes, it's true, management does not live on site. However, they do periodically take surveys of resident satisfaction, so they do provide a means of assessment. Suggestions that were provided in the most recent survey were implemented, which is further proof that they are responsive.

Recently we had a snow storm (14 inches), and there were crews working round the clock to clear the parking lots and surrounding sidewalks. There wasn't a single weather related issue that I noticed that impacted residents that wasn't dealt with immediately.

Periodically management puts on programs for the resident's enjoyment. Some things that come to mind were a Halloween party for kids, and later on in the year a wine tasting for the adults. Class act.
