I lived at Maple Grove for 2 years. We had a few very minor maintainance problems here and there, but they were fixed promptly. The fireplace was great because we didn't have to pay for the gas to use it. It supplied enough heat to heat our entire apartment, we only had to use the actual heat once when it was BITTER cold out. They even have a clubhouse you can rent if you want to have a big party or something. I guess I don't understand the incredibly negative reviews given to Maple Grove Apartments. There were a few little things I might have changed, but I have never had an apartment that was perfect.
