My roommate and I lived at Maple Grove for 2 years and had a wonderful experience! We were always impressed with the management and the staff. The Maple Grove staff went above and beyond to help us. For example, when I initially moved in, I had a big package delivered that wouldn't fit in my car and was too heavy to carry on my own. One of the staff offered to help carry it to my apartment.

The parking was great. My roommate and I switched on and off when using the garage and it was easy for us to get a second remote to accommodate this arrangement. When we parked outside, I always felt my car was safe and I never worried about going to or from my car at night.

We had few concerns with noise or disruptions from neighbors. We did have a couple of neighbors who were loud our first year, but we called the office and the noise problems did not continue.

The workout facility was great to have access to. And although I didn't take advantage of the pool as much as I might have liked, it was always clean and well kept.

One of the great amenities of Maple Grove is the guest apartment. All of my family lives out of state and when they would come to visit, it was great to have them close by. It was cheaper than any hotel in the area, bigger than any other accommodation, always well maintained, and easy to schedule and arrange. The Maple Grove staff made making arrangements easy and hassle free. My roommate and I also used the guest apartment and clubhouse to host a bachelorette party. Being able to have friends stay at the guest apartment and arrange to have a cab to and from one location was awesome.


I would highly recommend Maple Grove apartments!

For the money you're spending, you could go to almost any apartment complex within a three-mile radius and wind up somewhere nicer. Plus, the problems with car break-ins in the underground parking lots are well-known.
