Having a place to live is one thing, but having a place to call HOME is what makes Maple Grove stand out against the rest. My apartment has all the amentities which make coming home a pleasure. The extra TLC they put into the upkeep of lawncare is greatly appreciated. The entry to the bldgs. are well lit, the halls are freshly painted and carpeted, along with all new light fixtures and ceramic tile entrances in my bldg. The dumpsters are within the bldg. so I don't even have to brave the winter weather. I walk my dog at all hours in and around the complex and I have always felt safe. Last winter was a great challenge for shoveling and laying salt but the staff met that challenge head on. The club house has a room in which to rent for parties. I rented that space and celebrated my 40th yesterday. All of my guests were happy with the amount of space, amentities offered and quality of everything within that space. They have apts. in which I can rent for my family and friends who visit from out of town. The pool is always clean and prestine. The staff are polite, respectful and efficient. I pay rent for my pet and they offer the same exceptional service to my pet that they offer me with having pet islands with waste stations, and dog treats at the office when we stop in. When I moved in their house warming gift was thoughtful and gave me the opportunity to save additional money, with the Bucky Badger Coupon Book. I can't say Thank You enough to Maple Grove for what they offer for the price. Because coming home is and always will be priceless.
