Nice, clean, and cheap

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived at 514 W. Doty Street last year (2004-2005) am now living on the far west side of Madison and looking to return Downtown. My first choice is to return to my old landlord, McBride Companies. The 514 building was pretty basic, but very well maintained and amazingly inexpensive, but McBride has another building at 619 W. Mifflin Street that is where I will be living this August. I like McBride that much! Rarely is it the case that Downtown landlords are thought of so highly, but I cannot possibly give McBride a higher vote of approval. My current landlord cannot even remotely compare so I can barely wait until August to return!
