the place is a dump. It is run by a shotty group of people who only put forth 50% effort. The new manager is a Ridgewood reject, he was fired and evicted for his great efforts over there. The same management company that used to run Ridgewood also, for now, runs Meadows. Maintenance people who were fired from Ridgewood are also on the property working from what I was told. The property seems to lack the necessary experience and money to make this a quality living experience. A whole new maintenance crew wold be a beginning. It seems the head maintenance guy is way to comfortable, wears shorts and sandals all the time, really a laid back guy from what it looks like. This might explain why nothing ever seems to get done. The talk around the complex is that the company is in a bit of trouble for code violations that are not corrected in a timely fassion. You never know for sure though, the rumor mill seems to boil when a property is lacking in quality control and customer service. If you like confrontation and seek the need to fight for the smallest things this is the place for you.

i absolutely agree with this review! This is the worst place I have ever lived and for those of you who know Camden, NJ ( recently rated the most dangerous place in USA ), I would rather move back to NJ then stay here another year!
