As I said, I used to work for this place. The company that runs this place, CMS, was also involved with the infamous Ridgewood complex that was all over the news a couple years back. They don't like to purchase supplies for cleaners or maintence, so don't expect to have repairs done in a timely manner. This being said, the maintenance staff is rather skilled, only inhibited by the lack of supplies. The cleaning in very poor, my hall has been cleaned twice in all of 2006. And by clean, I mean, lightly vacuumed, with cob webs all over the walls. There have been AT LEAST 3 reports of shots fired less than 300 feet from my apartment and many more drug related robberies. On top of this, there are many vandalisms and car break ins. The office has been broken into at least twice as well. The office staff as a whole, couldn't care less about the residents. One of them actually rented 3 apartments to people that she knew were cockroach infested, without ever having the place sprayed. The property manager, a guy named Dennis Oquist, won't ever be available to assist you unless he's evicitng you, or you called the building inspector. The tennis court is barely walkable, as it is so cracked and depleted to the point of being unusable. The parking is deplorable, and you'd be lucky to get a spot in most places, despite the office's so called "effort". The grounds look like a pig sty. This is in part due to the lack of adequate trash recepticals, and there is only ONE recycle bin, which is located up to 1 MILE from some of the apartments. If you're lucky, you're neighbors won't be completely horrible, but that's a big if. For the most part, you'll be losing sleep due to some inconsiderate person(s). Believe me when I say this, you'd be better off living ANYWHERE else. BE WARNED!!
