JUST BECAUSE THE MANAGEMENT CHANGED DOES NOT MEAN THAT ANYTHING ELSE CHANGED...SAME PROBLEMS WITH GETTING THINGS FIXED AND THE LAUNDRY CARD MACHINE HAS NOT WORKED IN ALMOST A YEAR...HOW ARE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO DO THEIR LAUNDRY'!'!'!'!' THE OFFICE STAFF IS COMPLETELY RUDE TO THE TENANTS AND THEY CHARGE FOR THINGS THAT THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO, THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN 24 HOUR NOTICES, AND THE LIGHTING NEVER WORKS RIGHT. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO FEEL SAFE AND WELCOMED AT YOUR "HOME" THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE. LAUNDRY ROOMS ARE FREAKY AND NEVER CLEANED, YOU DON'T GET SHOWED THE LAUNDRY ROOMS WHEN YOU GET SHOWED THE APARTMENT. CARS GET BROKEN INTO AND KIDS ARE RUNNING AROUND IN THE PARKING LOTS AND HALLWAYS. GRAFFITTI IS ALL OVER THE TRASH CANS, TENNIS COURT, AND AT TIMES SIDES OF THE BUILDINGS.
