I have lived at the Monticello for three years and have found it to be a very quiet, well maintained apartment community. The office and maintenace staff are wonderful. Prompt and friendly service at all times. The office staff always greets you with a smile, handling whatever business is at hand and willing to listen even if you are not talking about Monticello business. The maintenance staff is awesome. Every maintenance request has been done the same day. They have even helped me with personal request on their own time.

I really love my apartment as it spacious and bright. Being able to have a full-size washer and dryer in my apartment was definitely a bonus.

I've also found the location to be perfect. I really don't have to travel more than a four mile radius for anything unless I just want to. You have Hilldale, Westgate and West Towne malls minutes away.

I really can't think of anything that I don't like at the Monticello but if I did have a wish list it would definitely be a 24 hour work-out center.
