About a year ago I was looking for apartments and called the Monticello to get information. The lady that answered the phone was very snooty and told me they were unable to send my any information because they were in the process of redecorating the office!!! Unbelieveable, they would rather decorate the office and not send out information to potential residents'' This made me not only not want to get the information but to tell everyone I know do not rent with these people!!
