I lived here for two years while in grad school, and my experience was excellent. My 1-bedroom apartment was great. It was far more spacious than many others I've looked at in Madison. Having the washer and dryer hookups in the apartment was so convenient--I could never use a laundry room again! Residents enjoy a lot of closet space and a large, private storage space just down the hall.

Night and day, my building was virtually silent. It was perfect for studying and sleeping. The neighborhood around the apartments felt safe and, with the exception of some traffic noise from Whitney Way, was also quiet.

The grounds were kept up extremely well. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and often nearly empty during the weekdays.

The underground parking garage was kept clean and was well worth the price. I highly recommend this apartment complex!
