I am going into my second year at the Monticello. This is the best place I've lived in my 8 years in Madison. The staff is friendly and considerate. The grounds are well kept and the pool is beautiful. The rates are reasonable and the residents are respectful and friendly. It is a great place to live in a convenient location.
