Lived here for six years, but had to move because of job situation. Mostly seniors, young professionals and graduate students living here, so it is very quiet. Management installed new roofing and painted the balcony and exterior trim in 2008; hallway carpet was replaced maybe in 2004-5 (don't remember exact year). No problems with bugs or rodents or other maintenance issues. Laundry on each floor, but we hooked up our own W/D in our apt (not all apts have W/D hook-up). Swimming pool is clean and well kept in the summer. Several BBQ grills are provided by the pool and shelter area. Rent increased only twice in six years (first time by $10 in our second year, second time by only $5 in our sixth year). There is an exercise room, but it is open only during office hours, so it is basically not accessible to residents who are not at home during the day time. Niki and Rene in the office have been very friendly and helpful.
