I have lived at 265 for a year now and think it is excellent. Aside from the parking drawbacks (which all residences in the state st. area have). Though the units ARE somewhat small, one must realize that the building used to be a dormitory and the fact that many of the walls are made of concrete, any remodeling to include extra counterspace (which is a drawback to some degree) would be virtually impossible at this location. I am currently renting a studio/efficiency and while it is small, it is cozier and nicer than any of the other apartments I viewed while apartment hunting. The Mullins employees are extremely nice, unlike some of the other employees of rental units. Another item that made me rent here was that the units I saw were 100% cleaner than the others I saw (one rental agency even neglected to clean the urine stains all around the toilet before showing the apartment to me...needless to say the smell of that on a June day in an apartment that had not been airconditioned for awhile was less than pleasurable). I also think that the price is very affordable considering the location.
