I rented from Mullins for one year...one long and ugly year. The apartment was an absolute disaster when I showed up on moving day and my family and I did ALL the cleaning and even painted the apartment because apparently the place looked fine to them. Our utility bills were ridicuoulsy expensive and maintenance barely responded to problems such as no smoke dectectors and burned/ripped/detreriorating carpeting. After one year the rent of course went up by $45. Parking was $80 a month in a demolished parking lot with no guarantee of a spot. I spent many evening driving around waiting for someone to leave. I made the mistake of looking at another Mullins property just yesterday...of course the website didn't inlcude the fact that it was a dingy, run down, smelly basement apartment with no parking. If you want to live in an overpriced dump, contact Mullins. I wonder if Carol would let her kids live in her properties...
